We have a live scheduled booking that enables you to book your ride without leaving you guessing whether your driver will show up or cancel on you.

All of our vehicles are XL comfort, luxury SUV’s and Sedans. All Models are/ 2018 or newer!

Depending on the vehicle you book; the number of passengers are restricted by the number of seat belts allowed by law. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions if the number of passengers exceed the number of seat belts.

All of our trips will allow in trip stops depending upon the driver. However, make sure to make your request prior to the start of the trip by talking to your driver.

A base wait charge is only applicable to Round Trip Service, it includes the driver waiting up to 3-hours while you attend your appointment or run an errand.

If you cancel within 24 hours, then you only pay 25% of the total fare, and if you cancel 6 hours before the trip, then you pay 50% of the total fare. However, there are exceptions therefore, if you have a cancellation fee occur, please contact us to talk about your concern. We value our client’s business more than anything, so we are always looking forward to resolving matters in a fair manner.

Refunds will be returned to their original method of payment, and they must be requested up to 2 days prior to the trip.
